- Contact details when you enquire about a pilot (name, email, WhatsApp number, business name).
- Business information needed to deploy a concierge for you (catalog data, FAQ content, brand voice samples, payment methods).
- Pilot-period conversation transcripts between your customers and the AI concierge.

- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer, page views, timestamps).
- Essential cookies for site functionality.
Information from third parties
- Metadata from messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp Business API via Meta).
- Payment processor confirmations.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver and operate the OneLyfe concierge service for your business.
- To respond to your enquiries, schedule pilot conversations, and provide ongoing support.
- To improve our products — anonymised, aggregated insights only.
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share with processors who help us operate the service:
- Hosting & infrastructure: Hetzner Cloud (Singapore), Cloudflare (DNS & CDN).
- AI inference: Google Cloud (Gemini), Cerebras, Anthropic — for concierge response generation.
- Messaging: Meta (WhatsApp Business API) where applicable.
- Payments: the payment processors selected for your pilot or subscription.
- Email & analytics: standard transactional and operational tools.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
5. Data retention
- Conversation data from pilots: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
- Marketing & enquiry data: retained until you opt out.
- Account & financial records: retained while your account is active and for up to six years thereafter for tax and legal records.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including Singapore PDPA, EU GDPR, UK GDPR), you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Object to or restrict certain uses.
- Receive a portable copy of your information.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
