About OneLyfe
A practitioner who became a builder. The technical solution to problems Hasani watched founders struggle with for years.
From the patient and operations side
Hasani spent years in the longevity and wellness space as an executive coach, supporting clients through their interactions with clinics, practitioners, and high-trust health businesses across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
The role placed him on both sides of every consultation: alongside the client trying to make a $5,000–50,000 decision, and alongside the founder trying to deliver care while running an under-resourced operation. He saw, repeatedly and from the inside, exactly where high-trust businesses were leaking customers, mishandling enquiries, and losing return visits.
The pattern that wouldn't go away
The pattern was always the same. Slow first replies — sometimes 18 hours, sometimes never. Inconsistent technical answers across staff. Aftercare that ended at the front door. Founders working seven nights a week, holding the entire institutional knowledge of their business in their own head and burning out doing it.
None of these were technology problems in any traditional sense. They were operational gaps that compounded into commercial damage — and the founders rarely had the bandwidth to step back and see them as a system.
Why OneLyfe exists
OneLyfe is the technical solution to those operational gaps. It's built by someone who has sat across the table from clinic owners, not parachuted in to "disrupt" their industry from outside. Every feature exists because a real founder, somewhere, lost a real client because the absence of it.
The product is a concierge that lives inside your existing WhatsApp and web channels, trained on your services, your protocols, and your brand voice. The bigger ambition is the infrastructure — the tooling that lets a small clinic deliver the consistency, the responsiveness, and the after-care discipline that today only the largest international groups can afford.
If you run a wellness, longevity, or aesthetics business and the patterns above sound familiar, we should talk. The pilot is 30 days, performance-based, and there's no long-term commitment.
